Does the Nano Character and Type of Nano Silver Coating Affect Its Influence on Calcareous Soil Enzymes Activity?

Numerous applications of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), as well the toxic effects these particles on soil organisms and microorganisms, raise question how reasonable entry into environment is. Studying behavior with also their effect microorganisms may be first step to finding out answer. Structural form differences in for use different conditions can change behavior. The surface is covered diverse coatings differing charges affecting fate environments. Naturally, studying this aspect essential better understand impact environment. In present study, urease dehydrogenase enzymes were used health indicators evaluate AgNPs nitrate (AgNO3). order investigate charge, concentration, exposure time, three concentration levels (5, 25, 125 mg/kg soil), types charged (citrate (Cit), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) polyethyleneimine (PEI)) added a treatment activities (as an indicator overall microbial activity) (indicator nitrogen cycle) measured at times (1 h, 1 day 90 days) after contamination. results showed that increasing AgNO3 AgNPs, amount activity decreased significantly. case enzyme, PEI coating (positive charge) had greatest reducing activity. opposite was true, Cit (negative charged) greater inhibitory effect. With incubation enzymatic both less decrease, so decrease hour, then day, finally days. By comparing it found than nitrate.
